Join us in The Guild Room on Wednesday, October 19 at 4 p.m. for a gallery walkthrough of the exhibition Blue Collar with artist Amanda Harth! Harth will lead visitors through the gallery and discuss the pieces, and answer any questions that may arise- afterwards join us in the cafe/bar for drinks at 5 p.m.
This exhibition is a highlight of Chicago Textile Week, and features indigo-dyed textiles, repurposed denim garments, and original quilts created by Amanda Christine Harth, as well as research Harth conducted during her artist residency at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago Homan Square.
