About Sugarcreek Road:

About Sugarcreek Road…
Sugarcreek Road brings a unique mixture of styles together, including folk, pop, country, Americana, and gospel, to create a sound that is as raw and compelling as America itself.
Kara and her stellar band Sugarcreek Road perform energetic originals, and story songs about growing up in rural Iowa. She named the band after the road between Ottumwa, Iowa and her family’s childhood farm.
Kara's debut album “Hurry Up and Relax” blends twang-tinged folk, pretty pop and a smattering of jazz with strings and beautiful harmonies.  She sings at the piano addition to a pulling out a variety of of other instruments.
