La Rosa Noir

Raised in Chicago, IL. A post-punk band with danceable songs and soulful vibes. Influenced by 90's alternative indie, punk, with dark and dreamy surf tones and heavy heartfelt lyrics. La Rosa Noir strives for a sound that’s cool and fun.

Edging

Edging is the brain child of William Sallee and Faith Callaway, based in Chicago with current members, Tyler (Sax), Jimi (Bass), and Rekoj (Drums). Edging consists of Trans/Black/Non Binary/Queer/Freak Lovers. Edging is a Art Punk project that blends together feral vocals, searing saxophone, psychedelic & distorted guitars, and a driving bass that fuse together seamlessly to form a sound that feels complex and robust. Edging's fast and commanding songs leave you begging for more while riding the climax wave the entire time. Edging’s lyrics are always emotionally charged, asking the listener to try to catch up, show up and listen up. Edging's shows are wild and fast, full of intense eye contact on a loose mic, rhythm in check. The whole room listens the fuck up and leaves with stupid smiles plastered on their faces.

DayBreaker

Alternative band based out of the north side of Chicago

Side Hug

Side Hug formed in 2017, when Lyd Landor (vocals/guitar) and Christian Ovalle (drums) met scooping ice cream on the north side of Chicago. After releasing their first EP 'Also', Allan Cardenas (lead guitar) expanded their sound with a washy ambience in their second EP 'Wasted Summer’ evoking the nostalgia of a blazing and heartbroken Chicago summer. After two years of writing as a group, the band returns in 2023 with new music. Side Hug has played with groups such as Beach Bunny, The Jungle Giants, Tallies, Friko and more.
