About Sin.:Â
Sin. Is a Chicago based garage psych rock band. The name is a positive reclamation of the biblical term, seeking to release the audience of its Christian / religious guilt. They express these feelings through trippy guitar licks, spacey chordal arrangements, and a feverish stage presence.Â
About The Nile Club:Â
Milwaukee-based noisey indie rock band The Nile Club is a group of multiple writers and frontpersons, bringing together sounds varying from aggressive post-punk to pop earworms to half-sarcastic musical experimentations. Their songs' subject matter spans from tales of fantastical creatures to the wage gap to feelings of self-illusion. Hailing originally from rural Wisconsin, where the band took its name from an abandoned pyramid-shaped supper club in the country, they moved to Milwaukee in 2020 and have become a mainstay of the city's gen z scene. In the turbulent years following high school, the band went through changes of living situations, personnel, recording equipment, and personal artistic taste finally culminating in the group's 2023 release, Wake Up With A Sense Of Pride, an album that combines pop hooks, mathy time signature changes, shoegaze-like walls of sound, psychedelic riffs, screamed punk vocals, and jazzy horn parts to create a unique flavor of indie rock. What the band's current lineup of Samuel Walters, Marcellina Star, Chai Devlin, Samwise Baker, and Jack Lusk lack in public speaking skills between songs, they make up for in chaotic energy and facial expressions in their raucous but polished live performance.
About Lunar Moth:Â
Lunar Moth, Madison's Doom-Pop darlings since 2019, takes its listeners on a journey, floating through darkness. This dynamic trio forms a new fusion of Doom, Garage, and Psych with the amiable, yet fierce vocals, fuzzy guitar riffs combined with uncompromisable drum beats and distorted bass licks.
Lunar Moth creates a solstice for the audience amidst a chaos of distortion and reverb
