Attend the opening reception of the exhibition Women of the Blues: A Coast to Coast Collection on June 8, 2022 from 7 to 10pm.
This exhibition showcases photographs of women blues musicians both past and present, curated from the collection of Lynn Orman Weiss, the founder and curator of the Women of the Blues Foundation, and features many of the women artists performing during this year’s Chicago Blues Festival, including Carlise Guy, Brigitte Purdy, Win Noll and Legendary Mary Lane.
