David Richards was born in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1952 and currently lives and works in Chicago, IL. He is a visual artist, writer and educator. He taught Drawing, 3D Design and conducted a Research Studio at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 1982 until 2010.
