AM I REQUIRED TO BE VACCINATED TO ATTEND A SHOW?
All attendees, staff, and artists are required to provide proof of full vaccination (no less than 14 days since the final dose) in order to enter the venue alongside a government-issued ID. Original, photocopy, or digital photo of the vaccination card will all be accepted and should match the name on your government-issued ID. Vaccination confirmation through MyChart or the IDPH portal are also acceptable. Negative COVID-19 tests will no longer be accepted.
Please consult epiphanychi.com for the most up-to-date information and policies on masks and Covid safety inside the venue.
Regardless of vaccination status, all guests, artists, and staff will be required to wear a mask over their nose and mouth while inside the venue, with the exception of artists who are performing on stage. Masks will be available at the box office for those who arrive without one.
This policy is in effect until further notice for all shows and events at Epiphany Center for the Arts.
As always, we have a no-refunds policy and all ticket sales are final.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M FULLY VACCINATED BY THE TIME OF THE SHOW?
“Fully vaccinated” means that you have received a 2nd dose of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or the 1st dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, no less than 14 days before the concert date.
WHAT IS THE COVID-19 CHILDREN’S POLICY?
Guests under 12 years of age are required to show proof of vaccination for entry but do have the option to produce a negative lab-verified test result from within 72 hours of showtime in the event they have not yet been vaccinated. Negative tests are no longer an option for adults attending shows. At-home test results will not be accepted.
All guests, including those under the age of 12, will be required to wear their mask over their nose and mouth while inside the venue.
