I used oil pastels to create this picture. It reflects my identity and community because I see myself in community with people who love leisure and who enjoy the carefree lifestyle. I am the person under the sails in the center of the boat because I identify as a pioneer. When I am done with creating change, I like to let go of it all by sailing away and enjoying nature and good company. It feels great to get away in community so I can refresh myself and recreate in good company.
