About Event: 

RE;SET is an immersive sound healing experience designed to reset your mind, body, and soul. We will tap into mindful practices of movement, breath, and sound to create the ideal space to rejuvenate and restore our spirit.Violinist,Caitlin Edwards will provide the soundtrack for evening.Elena Katsulis will guide us through soothing movement and breathwork to prepare our bodies for the mediation and sound healing provided by Cherish, founder of Beyond Wellness.

About Cherish:

Founder of Beyond Wellness Cherish, experienced significant healing and personal growth by delving into mindfulness and meditation. This exploration led her to create a self-empowering meditation technique. Her goal is to establish nurturing environments and assist others in embarking on their healing path through mindfulness practices. Cherish has worked with renowned global brands, organized international wellness retreats, and hosts wellness events that focus on the holistic well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. Her dedication lies in fostering a community through healing and cooperative efforts.

About Caitlin Edwards (Violinist):

Caitlin Edwards, a Chicago-based multi-genre violinist, arranger, and educator from Birmingham, AL, began her musical journey at eight. Trained classically with a love for gospel, jazz, hip-hop, and neo-soul, she released "Exhale" (2021) and "Mere Mortals" (Oct 2023). Dedicated to amplifying Black composers, Caitlin champions their works for BIPOC musicians globally. Honors include the 2023 Grant Park Music Festival Advocate for the Arts award, 2023 Sphinx MPower Artist Grant, and the 2022 Esteemed Artist Award from the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events in Chicago. Grammy-certified for contributions to Disney's "The Lion King" and albums by John Legend and PJ Morton, she's a member of D-Composed, Ensemble Dal Niente, and Sphinx Virtuosi. Caitlin serves on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Federation of Musicians Local 10-208, uplifting the musical community within Chicago.

Abou Elena Katsulis (Yoga Teacher):

As both a teacher and a student of yoga, Elena is influenced by the subtleties and wisdom of the body. Through her teachings of intentional movement, breathwork, and simple meditation, she hopes to create a space for others to be curious; a space to be more deeply rooted in the evolution of their own unique experience.
