We’re bringing Wednesday Wellness back to the breathtaking Epiphany Center for the Arts — a historic cathedral with soaring arches, stained glass, and sacred sound.

Join us Wednesday, November 19th  for A Divine Reset — an evening of movement, meditation, and music to restore your body and elevate your spirit ✨

🎶 Intentional soundscape to guide you deeper into stillness and presence

✨ With an earlier start time, we’ll have even more space to flow, breathe, and drop into meditation together.
