About:
Guitarist Alejandro Urzagaste is a midwestern native of South American descent.
His latest release entitled “Universal Translation,” is a program in story form of music featuring Bill Carrothers on piano, Anthony Cox on bass and Ethan Kogan on drums. The opening track “Argent Messages,” is in homage to the pianist, composer Horace Silver with his voice of true inspiration. It was recorded by Miles Hanson at Creation Audio in Minneapolis MN.
Alejandro has performed with Jodie Christian, Von Freeman, Rodney Whitaker, Fred Anderson, Malachi Favors and has toured with Deana Martin and Minneapolis rock pop act 12Rods.
