About RE;SET:

RE;SET is a space to release what is no longer serving you while creating room in your life for the joyful things you're calling in.

We will tap into the modalities of yin yoga, breathwork, sound healing and guided meditation to support you in your journey of rejuvenation.

Our recommendation is to wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket, pillow or any additional items to help you feel warm and relaxed.

Bring your own yoga mat and eye mask!

Yoga & Breathwork led by Muryem

Muryem has been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching for five. She first fell in love with asanas learning them from her Indian elders, and continues to follow their teachings by rooting her movement in spiritual practice. You can expect a deep and intentional stretch while taking class with her. Off the mat, Muryem is a creative entrepreneur and focuses on cultivating community spaces with creatively inclined Chicago businesses.
