About:
Sidaka is back at Epiphany Arts Center for his second coming album release show "Guiding Wind"! He has been playing all over Chicago this past year performing his debut album "Resurgence Of The Bliss" and his first electronic album "Halo Gleam"! Sidaka is a self trained pianist, DJ, producer, and rapper from the west side of Chicago. Creating music that consists of electronic synth builds, piano improvisations,and guitar riffs. His album "Guiding Wind" is also a dedication to Sidaka's late father Arnold Dixon. With over an hour of rap lyrics, ambient synth progressions, and drumless avant garde hip-hop beats that helps express the powerful emotion behind his lyrics. This show will be a two part set where the first set will not have a vocal performance, only live instruments. The second set will be a live performance of the album in its entirety.
