We invite you to experience the transformative power of “SOUND.” Let the gentle vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation. With euphoric music by Artist BSA GOLD and guided sound bowl meditation lead by Cherish, founder of Beyond Wellness. The power of sound and meditation will lead you on a journey of self discovery and mindfulness. Everything is provided, simply come and experience the healing frequencies of “SOUND.”
*Meditation Mats, blankets, eye mask, and pillows will be provided

BSA Gold is a Chicago-based flutist and producer. She explores themes of spirituality, love, and self-understanding through electronics and instruments

Sound Healing and Guided Meditation led by Cherish of Beyond Wellness 
Cherish is the founder of Beyond Wellness, a collective whose mission is to “create spaces of light" She discovered profound healing and transformation through studying mindfulness, out of this process she developed a method of self-empowering meditation. Her goal is to create safe, inclusive spaces designed to foster physical and emotional healing.
