About Ryan Burns:
Ryan Burns is a Chicago-based indie folk musician with a distinctive sound and captivating songwriting. Born and raised in towns around the Midwest, Ryan was always surrounded by music. He grew up listening to a wide range of artists, from classic folk singers John Prine and Paul Simon to indie rock acts like Wilco and Grizzly Bear.
Ryan's music is a reflection of his diverse musical influences and his love for poetry and storytelling. His lyrics are both introspective and observational, exploring the world he sees around him and all its intimacy, joy, and sorrow. He combines intricate guitar and banjo work with shifting arrangements and his soulful voice to make a whole that’s alternately driving and comforting.
Since 2019, Ryan has released an EP and full-length album, building a loyal fan base in Chicago and beyond. He has also performed at some of the city's most iconic music venues, including the Metro and House of Blues. Ryan's live shows are known for their raw energy and emotional intensity, leaving audiences spellbound.
In addition to his own music, Ryan also plays with the Australian singer-songwriter Tom West, and Chicago bands Distant Brothers, Cat Mullins and the Holy Lonesome, and Musichigan.
With his unique sound and powerful message, Ryan Burns is poised to make a big impact on the indie folk scene and beyond.
About Nikki Morgan:
As the daughter of a minister and kin to a lot of church folk Nikki grew up listening to traditional gospel/christian music and spent much of her grade school days involved in school band playing clarinet and oboe. But, despite her early exposure to music, it wasn’t until the tender age of 28 when she finally began to start making music of her own.
Nikki was born and raised in North Carolina but Chicago is where she found her first home as a performer and songwriter. Starting out in the open mic scene it didn’t take long for her to garner local support and make her way to some great stages around the midwest: opening for acts such as Jaime Wyatt, Caroline Spence, Boo Ray, and Sean Watkins.
She is a former winner of the awarded Uncommon Ground Songwriting competition; she has been voted as a ‘Judge’s Pick’ in the Nashville Rising Song contest, and recently had her single Love.Save.Me make it to the semi-final round of the International Songwriting Competition.
Nikki finds a way to combine captivating melodies and insightful lyrics with a voice full of raw passion. Her music is unapologetic in it efforts to grapple with real life; and yet elegantly embodies the essence of her “Carolina Soul”.
About Elijah Berlow:
Elijah Berlow is a Chicago-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist folk musician. Originating from pastoral roots in Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts, Berlow is a playful story-teller with a narrative style grounded in the traditions of Americana music. As a vocalist, he emanates a sincere warmth through his thoughtful phrasing; and his diligent fingerpicking guitar-style leads steadily through the pulsing catharsis of any song. Berlow creates music that is complex, soulful and in conversation with a rich rhythmic history. His music can currently be found on all streaming platforms including the newly self-released EP “Put Out Fires”(2022).

Mister Tom Musick RECORD RELEASE SHOW
Every other Thursday for the past decade, the spotlight flickers on at Weegee’s Lounge, and Tom serenades the unsuspecting from his perch at the end of the bar, while Ronnie Kuller lays down a bed of roses and thorns at the piano behind him. But for one night only, Tom and Ronnie take the stage at the Sanctuary in celebration of the release of The Many Moods of Mister Tom, an album of new original songs of longing and loss. For this special performance, the duo will be joined by a chamber ensemble of strings - Andy Rader, Nora Barton, Billie Howard, and Katie Klocke - who will tenderly underscore Tom’s cigarette-stained baritone as he draws the listener into a darkly melodramatic world from the first note to the last.
Theater Oobleck
This short play by Mickle Maher played to sold-out audiences at the Facility Theatre in February 2022, and now returns for ONE PERFORMANCE ONLY.
With Diana Slickman and Colm O’Reilly.
Music/Sound by Tom Maher.
Lights by Martha Bayne.
Puppet by Jesse Mooney Bullock.

About Sin.:
Sin. Is a Chicago based garage psych rock band. The name is a positive reclamation of the biblical term, seeking to release the audience of its Christian / religious guilt. They express these feelings through trippy guitar licks, spacey chordal arrangements, and a feverish stage presence.
About The Nile Club:
Milwaukee-based noisey indie rock band The Nile Club is a group of multiple writers and frontpersons, bringing together sounds varying from aggressive post-punk to pop earworms to half-sarcastic musical experimentations. Their songs' subject matter spans from tales of fantastical creatures to the wage gap to feelings of self-illusion. Hailing originally from rural Wisconsin, where the band took its name from an abandoned pyramid-shaped supper club in the country, they moved to Milwaukee in 2020 and have become a mainstay of the city's gen z scene. In the turbulent years following high school, the band went through changes of living situations, personnel, recording equipment, and personal artistic taste finally culminating in the group's 2023 release, Wake Up With A Sense Of Pride, an album that combines pop hooks, mathy time signature changes, shoegaze-like walls of sound, psychedelic riffs, screamed punk vocals, and jazzy horn parts to create a unique flavor of indie rock. What the band's current lineup of Samuel Walters, Marcellina Star, Chai Devlin, Samwise Baker, and Jack Lusk lack in public speaking skills between songs, they make up for in chaotic energy and facial expressions in their raucous but polished live performance.
About Lunar Moth:
Lunar Moth, Madison's Doom-Pop darlings since 2019, takes its listeners on a journey, floating through darkness. This dynamic trio forms a new fusion of Doom, Garage, and Psych with the amiable, yet fierce vocals, fuzzy guitar riffs combined with uncompromisable drum beats and distorted bass licks.
Lunar Moth creates a solstice for the audience amidst a chaos of distortion and reverb

About:
Chicago Hip-Hop Props Award-Winner Anthony Di’Angelo Ingram, Jr. or “D2G” as he’s called in the Hip-Hop scene, is a laborer in music all around. Growing up on the southeast side of Chicago, 2G would always relate any life situation to a song that would describe his emotion at the time. Inspired by artists like Rakim, KRS-One, and Slick Rick, he began writing at age 11 and would later transform his writings into songs. Graduating from Hyde Park Academy in 2005, he would find himself enrolled into Columbia College Chicago, where he became fascinated by the artistic environment. This atmosphere would later introduce 2G to various artists and producers.

Tickets: $ 20 - General Admission | $50 - VIP table for 2
About:
Award-winning New York City jazz pianist, accordionist and composer Ben Rosenblum has been described as “mature beyond his years,” (Sea of Tranquility), an “impressive talent” (All About Jazz), who “caresses [the music] with the reverence it merits” (Downbeat Magazine). Since the release of his debut trio album, Instead (4 stars, Downbeat), Rosenblum has toured extensively with his trio and sextet throughout the United States, including multiple trips to the Northeast, Midwest, South and West Coast, as well as internationally in Canada, Europe and Japan. He was a featured soloist at Carnegie Hall's Stern-Perelman Auditorium – with Reona Ito's New York Harmonic Band – and has appeared at prestigious venues throughout the world, including at the Appel Room at Lincoln Center, Kuumbwa Jazz Center, Ravinia, Himawari-No-Sato Concert Hall in Yokohama, Bird's Eye in Basel and the Library of Congress. Rosenblum's second trio album in 2018, River City, was called “richly romantic” and “well-realized” by JAZZIZ Magazine, which featured the title track as part of their Best of Fall 2018 CD. Rosenblum has been privileged to share the stage with many highly acclaimed jazz elders, including extensive work with Curtis Lundy, Winard Harper, Deborah Davis and Chris Washburne, as well as appearances with Bobby Watson, Sean Jones, TS Monk, Warren Wolf, Eliot Zigmund, and many others. Rosenblum's musical interests extend beyond jazz to include work in numerous world music scenes, including musical styles from Brazil, Peru, Croatia, Bulgaria, India, Ireland, Jewish traditions and more.
In 2020, Rosenblum released his third album, Kites and Strings, which was the first to feature him on both piano and accordion alongside his new sextet, the Ben Rosenblum Nebula Project. This unique project features prominent global music influences from musical origins as diverse as the Caribbean, Brazil, Ireland, Bulgaria and the Middle East, as well as the incorporation of the accordion into the jazz format alongside a unique horn section also featuring trumpet and bass clarinet. In 2020, the Nebula Project was voted runner-up for Best New Artist in JazzTimes' Readers' Poll, and the album received positive reviews from over twenty publications, including All About Jazz, NYC Jazz Record, JazzTimes, JazzLife (Japan) and more. In February 2023, Rosenblum released his follow-up album, A Thousand Pebbles. The album has already garnered significant attention, including upcoming features pending publication in Downbeat Magazine, All About Jazz and NYC Jazz Record. The sextet has toured in the Northeast and the Midwest, with highlights including dates at Ravinia (Chicago), The Dogwood Center for the Arts (Fremont, MI), Jazz at 5 Festival (Madison, WI), the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music (Milwaukee), Smalls (NYC), The Kitano (NYC), First Music (Nashua, NH), St. Kieren Community Center for the Arts (Berlin, NH) and the Puffin Cultural Forum (Teaneck, NJ).
The Nebula Project features some of the most talented and in-demand in New York City. In addition to Ben Rosenblum, the band includes:
Wayne Tucker on trumpet – featured in the New York Times in 2020. Has toured extensively with his own band, jazz stars like Cyrille Aimee, and pop acts like Brass Against, Taylor Swift, David Crosby, Elvis Costello and others.
Jasper Dutz on sax and bass clarinet – lead alto player for Arturo O'Farrill's Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra. Has performed or recorded with Nels Cline, Lenny Pickett, Jon Batiste and Ron Carter.
Rafael Rosa on guitar – Puerto Rican born jazz artist who has collaborated with Tony Award-winning singer Luba Mason and her project Mixtura, The Prince Of Bollywood Jeffrey Iqbal & Unity Through Music, Cody Geil’s Bon Musique, Night Of The Living Funk and others.
Marty Jaffe on bass – recently began touring with Marcus Roberts Trio. Named a 2012 Presidential Scholar in the Arts and won the International Society of Bassists’ jazz competition in 2013. He has performed with jazz icons Ingrid Jensen, Karrin Allyson, Harold Mabern, Sullivan Fortner, Sergio Mendes, and Steve Wilson.
Ben Zweig on drums – shared the stage with Randy Weston, Johnny O’Neal, Jerry Dodgion, Harold Mabern, Larry Ridley, David Williams, Roy Hargrove and others. In 2018, he traveled to Cameroon to work with Global Music Exchange and tour with master musicians of the Baka Gbiné pygmies.

About:
Freddie is the embodiment of the Chicago Blues. The 2nd son of the world-famous 7th Son, Willie Dixon, Freddie has been surrounded by the Blues since the day he was born. His father is a blues legend as a song writer, producer, and musician. Willie was at the helm at Chess Records for many of the sides cut in the 1950’s, 1960’s and into the 1970’s.
Freddie began his blues career learning his chops playing with a number of musicians in south side blues clubs. He was soon hired to play in his father’s band, The Chicago Blues All-Stars and traveled around the world spreading the gospel of the blues.
The torch was handed to Freddie in the early 1990’s when his father passed away. Since then, Freddie has continued as a blues ambassador playing to crowds from Europe to Australia as well as locally in Chicago. In 2020 Freddie, along with Chicago Blues legends John Watkins and Maurice John Vaughan produced a 2 disc CD called “3x3,” which is available at most on line retail outlets.
Freddie is a member of the Chicago Blues Hall of Fame and currently resides in Chicago with his wife Linda.

About:
GRAMMY-NOMINATED VICTOR GARCIA IS A MUSICAL FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH…
Examiner.com’s Neil Tesser calls him “one of the most exciting young musicians.” Chicago Tribune’s Howard Reich says that he “stands out as an ebullient soloist offering a formidable technique and a radiantly polished tone.” JazzChicago.net’s Brad Walseth regards him as a “young lion trumpeter.”
He’s as versatile as he is creative. His trumpet talent heralds his international acclaim. He sings, plays percussion, and his songwriting, arrangements and charts have led him to professorial positions at Roosevelt University, Loyola University and the University of Illinois in Chicago.
The lineup of greats he’s performed with speaks for itself: Aretha Franklin, Arturo Sandoval, Spoon, Monty Alexander, Wynton Marsalis, Victor Manuelle, Nicholas Payton, La India, the Temptations, Steve Turre, BeBe Winans, Tito Puente, Jr., Paquito d’Rivera, Randy Brecker, Branford Marsalis, The Isley Brothers, and Dr. John. He released his debut album, The Grind/The Groove, in 2018 and he’s recorded on dozens of other albums, three of them Grammy-nominated.
