About:
The Martin Metzger Flamenco-Jazz Duo, comprising Martin Metzger on flamenco guitar, and Juan Pastor on latin percussion, has dedicated countless trips to Spain, Cuba, Brazil, and Peru to bring back each countries' musical virtuosity, passion, and spirit. The Duo's performances are an auditory delight, showcasing dynamic interplay that makes flamenco and latin jazz truly an international art form. In addition to traditional flamenco palos, the trio explores music that draws from a wide range of traditions, including Brazilian jazz, Afro-Cuban jazz, and Flamenco-jazz; standards and original compositions.
