Michelle McCarthy is an independent singer-songwriter with an indie folk sound, currently performing locally in Chicago. Inspired by the classic sounds and story telling of Linda Ronstadt, Carole King, and Joni Mitchell, she hopes to convey a sense of empathy and catharsis to audiences through her music and lyrics.
