About the show:

GemiThighs opens up the buzzing Mercurial ruled Gemini season where your curiosities are answered with playful eroticism. In true Gemini fashion, there will be whimsy, magic, and allure. Enjoy an evening full of tantalizing, lip-biting burlesque performances featuring Sunny Haelstorm, Lisa Sweets, Kazmo Universe, Morteisha Addams, and Juniper Perle! 

About the performers: 

Sunny Haelstorm: Sunny Haelstorm is a performing & teaching artist and model who has been electrifying the Chicago burlesque community since 2017. With 15+ years of dance training and performance experience, Sunny delivers striking performances that highlight their passion, musicality and versatility. This "Windy City Whirlwind" has appeared in numerous shows throughout the Midwest, including Jeezy's Juke Joint 2019 and Dirty Show 2024.

Kazmo Universe: KazMo is a teacher, poet, activist, and music performer from Chicago who intentionally creates to be an advocate for the Black community , LGBTQ+community and Women. In 2022, KazMo joined the main ensemble of the burlesque troupe Body Confidence for Queens, where They continue to learn, create and perform from theaters, local clubs, music venues and festivals. 

Lisa Sweets: Lisa Sweets is an actor, poet, and sparkly showpony from Chicago who found burlesque as a way to express herself and feel free in her body. She often performs alongside her group The Bang Bangs throughout the city, including 2023’s Show Me Burlesque festival.

Morteisha Addams: Morteisha Addams, the Vampiress of Chicago, the Gothicc Showghoul, the woman, the demon, the vampire. She made her burlesque debut in September 2022 at Plan 9 Burlesque. Since then, the vamp has been making her rounds along the city. Performing for Sindy Vicious’ Nightshade, Sio Bast’s Obscura, Strapped, and Willy LaQueue’s Delirium. Her expertise lies in the darkly inclined. For one hell of a good time (emphasis on hell) Morteisha Addams is your glamour ghoul for all bloody intents and purposes. 

Juniper Perle: Juniper Perle is a foxy temptress reigning from the Southside of Chicago who began her burlesque journey in 2018. As an erotic laborer and new parent, she found her political home within the sex workers’ rights and reproductive freedom movements, where she discovered her path in advocacy and the curiosity to explore herself as an artist. Juniper reenters the burlesque world full of vitality, newness, and with the same seduction.

Stop by Epiphany for our live music series concerts, and be sure to hit Golden Hour before-hand for drinks and lite-bites! Doors open at 5pm Wednesday - Saturday for Golden Hour with 1/2 priced bottles of wine and other specials!
