About: 

The eclectic and original modern jazz group, Retrospect is an up-and-coming band that fuses all of the traits of vintage music with a cutting edge contemporary sound. Led by composer and saxophonist Ben Jossi, the group formed at Columbia College Chicago and has a passion for new compositions and arrangements coming from Latin, jazz, classical, and a wide variety of other genres. The band's synthesis brings out their cutting edge and an original sound that keeps things fresh, exciting, and new while remaining true to the root of improvisational music that keeps audiences engaged.
